Sherridon Copper-Zinc-Gold-Silver Project, Manitoba, Canada

This is our most advanced asset. On May 7, 2026, we announced the completion of a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate covering four deposits at Sherridon, with the technical report filed in June 2026. Historical metallurgical testing on the project has returned copper and zinc recoveries of 97.4% Cu and 90.1% Zn respectively from locked-cycle flotation tests, and we are currently advancing mineral characterization work to guide further metallurgical testing. We are also evaluating processing options, including toll milling, using Hudbay Minerals' nearby Flin Flon concentrator as a reference point. In October 2026, we appointed Floyd North, Headman of the Kiciwapa Cree Nation (whose traditional territory encompasses the Sherridon area), to our Advisory Board, reflecting our commitment to Indigenous engagement.

Cora Copper Project, Arizona, USA

Cora is a 100%-owned project located 75 km north-northeast of Tucson, in the southern Arizona copper belt. In September 2026, we engaged Geomorphic AI to complete an AI-supported drill targeting review of the project. Historical drilling traced copper oxide mineralization across an area of at least 1 km by 1 km, and a 2022 aeromagnetic survey suggested a buried porphyry target.

Shanghai Silver-Gold Project, Yukon, Canada

In September 2026, we commenced our first-ever surface diamond drill program at the Shanghai Silver-Gold Project in the Mayo Mining District, central Yukon. The program totals approximately 1,500 m in 10 holes, testing targets with geological similarities to Hecla Mining's Keno Hill silver district and Banyan Gold's AurMac gold project.

Aurora Gold Project, Yukon, Canada

In February 2026, we entered into an option agreement to earn a 100% interest in the Aurora gold project in the Yukon, with TSXV approval received in March 2026.

Lida Copper Project, Nevada, USA

We hold 58 staked mining claims in Esmeralda County, Nevada.

Mark Saxon: President, CEO & Director Mr. Saxon has 30 years of experience in exploration and resource geology. After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1991 with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) in geology, he has worked globally with and led major and junior resource companies. He brings a strong record of discovery with Tasman Metals Ltd, Mawson Gold Ltd, Tinka Resources Ltd and Leading Edge Materials across rare earth elements, lithium, base metals and gold. He holds a B.Sc.(Hons), GDipAppFin, FAusIMM, and MAIG.

Dr. Jamil Sader: Senior Consultant Dr. Sader is a highly accomplished geoscience professional with over 24 years of experience leading discovery and innovation. His expertise spans from field exploration to the C-suite, giving him comprehensive understanding of the entire mineral exploration and mining value chains. He specializes in exploration and analytical geochemistry, geometallurgy, resource management and project development. He earned his Ph.D. in exploration geochemistry from the University of Ottawa in 2010.

Anders Hogrelius: Chief Geologist Mr. Hogrelius is an experienced geologist with over two decades of experience in exploration and resource geology. He holds a Master of Science in Structural Geology and Tectonics from Uppsala University, Sweden. Throughout his career, he has worked with both major and junior resource companies worldwide, including Lundin Mining and Tumi Resources Ltd. He is an expert in exploration with a proven track record in various commodities, including base metals, gold, tungsten and uranium. He holds M.Sc., MAIG, SME-RM, and P.G. credentials and is a Registered Professional Geoscientist.

Brice Jonassen: GIS Consultant Mr. Jonassen is a GIS Consultant specializing in cartography, remote sensing, geospatial analysis, predictive modeling, and data management. He holds a Master of Geomatics for Environmental Management (MGEM) from the University of British Columbia. He has applied multispectral and hyperspectral imagery to support resource exploration across North and South America, designing geospatial models and workflows that enhance exploration efficiency and analytical precision.

Nick DeMare: Director & CFO Mr. DeMare, a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA), has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public companies.
