Our Projects

We hold a portfolio of exploration properties across Canada and the United States:

Canada:

• Sherridon Copper-Zinc-Gold-Silver Project (Manitoba), Our flagship asset. We earned a 90% interest in this property in the Flin Flon mining district of central western Manitoba. In February 2026, we announced completion of a Mineral Resource Estimate for four deposits at Sherridon. The vendor retains a 1.5% smelter royalty interest, purchasable by us for $2,000,000.
• Shanghai Silver-Gold Project (Yukon), In February 2026, we entered into an option agreement to earn a 100% interest in this project in the Mayo Mining District, within the Tombstone Gold Belt. We commenced our first-ever surface diamond drilling program at Shanghai in September 2026, testing high-grade Keno Hill-style silver-lead-zinc and AurMac-style gold-silver targets.
• Aurora Gold Project (Yukon), In February 2026, we entered into an option agreement to earn a 100% interest, receiving TSXV approval in March 2026.

United States:

• Cora Copper Project (Arizona), A 100%-owned project located 75 kilometres north-northeast of Tucson in the southern Arizona copper belt.
• Lida Copper Project (Nevada), A 100%-owned project with 33 staked mining claims.
• Copper Eagle Project, An exploration property we hold.

Financial Position

As at April 30, 2026, we had working capital of $8,049,672. In March and April 2026, we completed a non-brokered financing comprising 14,922,222 units for gross proceeds of $7,461,111.

Leadership

Our officers and directors are Mark Saxon (Director, CEO and President), Nick DeMare (Director, CFO and Corporate Secretary), Dusan Berka (Director), and Martin Hoff (Director).

Our management team consists of the following individuals:

Mark Saxon, President, CEO & Director Mr. Saxon has 30 years of experience in exploration and resource geology. After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1991 with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) in geology, he has worked with and led major and junior resource companies. He brings a strong record of discovery with Tasman Metals Ltd, Mawson Gold Ltd, Tinka Resources Ltd and Leading Edge Materials across rare earth elements, lithium, base metals and gold.

Nick DeMare, Director & CFO Mr. DeMare is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public companies.

Anders Hogrelius, Chief Geologist Mr. Hogrelius is an experienced geologist with over two decades of experience in exploration and resource geology. He holds a Master of Science in Structural Geology and Tectonics from Uppsala University, Sweden. Throughout his career, he has worked with both major and junior resource companies worldwide, including Lundin Mining, Tumi Resources Ltd., and most recently, T2 Metals Corp. He is an expert in exploration with a proven track record in various commodities, including base metals, gold, tungsten and uranium, and is a Registered Professional Geoscientist.

Dr. Jamil Sader, Senior Consultant Dr. Sader is a highly accomplished geoscience professional with over 24 years of experience leading discovery and innovation. His expertise spans from field exploration to the C-suite, giving him comprehensive understanding of the entire mineral exploration and mining value chains. He specializes in exploration and analytical geochemistry and geometallurgy along with resource management and project development. He earned his Ph.D. in exploration geochemistry from the University of Ottawa in 2010.

Brice Jonassen, GIS Consultant Mr. Jonassen is a GIS Consultant specializing in cartography, remote sensing, geospatial analysis, predictive modeling, and data management. He holds a Master of Geomatics for Environmental Management (MGEM) from the University of British Columbia. He has applied multispectral and hyperspectral imagery to support resource exploration across North and South America and has experience designing and managing relational geospatial databases.
