Pan Global Resources Inc

Pan Global Resources Inc. (TSXV: PGZ, OTCQB: PGZFF, FRA: 2EU) is a mineral exploration company focused on the discovery of copper, gold, tin and other metal deposits in Spain. Its flagship Escacena Copper Project sits at the eastern end of the Iberian Pyrite Belt near Seville in Andalucía, the world's premier volcanic-hosted massive sulphide district, and covers more than 15,000 hectares including the Escacena South area. Escacena hosts the La Romana and Cañada Honda copper deposits, with mineral resource estimates announced on December 31, 2025. The Cármenes Project in the Río Narcea Gold Belt of León, northwestern Spain, covers about 5,700 hectares, is prospective for copper, cobalt, nickel and gold, and is the site of the company's high-grade near-surface gold discovery. The company also holds the Águilas Copper Project near Córdoba (about 16,300 hectares) and in September 2026 was the successful bidder for the Salamón Gold Project in León, subject to an appeal by a competing bidder.

What we do

We are an exploration-stage mining company actively exploring for copper-rich mineral deposits along with gold and other metals in Spain. Copper has compelling supply-demand fundamentals and a strong outlook for long-term prices as a critical metal for global electrification and energy transition, and gold is also attracting record prices.

Our Projects

Our flagship Escacena Project hosts the La Romana and Cañada Honda copper-tin-gold mineral resources in the prolific Iberian Pyrite Belt in southern Spain. This region offers a favourable permitting track record, excellent infrastructure, mining expertise, and support for copper as a Strategic Raw Material by the European Commission, defining a tier-one low-risk jurisdiction for mining investment.

We also operate the Cármenes Project in northern Spain, where we recently announced exceptional assay results from drillhole PVD16 at the Providencia target. The results revealed 83 meters averaging 1.74 g/t gold from 9 meters depth, including multiple higher-grade intervals with a peak of 32.2 g/t gold over 0.5 meters, within a broader 500 meter × 200 meter carbonate breccia system. The mineralization extends to surface and remains open both laterally and at depth.

Additionally, we were successful in our bid for the Salamón Gold Project in León Province, Northern Spain, comprising two mineral exploration permits covering approximately 532 hectares along the León Fault, a major deep-seated structural corridor. This project is located 30 km east of our Cármenes discovery.

We also hold the Aguilas Copper Project in Spain.

Our principal business activities are the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties.
