What does the company do?

We are Myriad Uranium Corp., a uranium exploration company focused on the Copper Mountain Uranium Project in Wyoming, USA. We hold a 100% interest in this project, which hosts multiple historic uranium deposits and past-producing mines, including the Arrowhead Mine (which produced approximately 500,000 lbs U₃O₈).

Copper Mountain has a substantial exploration and development history. Union Pacific conducted extensive work in the district during the late 1970s, including approximately 2,000 boreholes and advanced mine planning, before the uranium market downturn in 1980. Union Pacific is estimated to have invested approximately C$125 million (2026 dollars) in the project, generating significant historical resource estimates.

Historically, the project contains an estimated 26.63 million pounds of eU₃O₈ in 48.95 million tonnes at 269 ppm eU₃O₈ (using a 100 ppm cut-off), based on internal Rocky Mountain Energy Company reports compiled in 1979. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify this historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves, and we are not treating it as such.

Recently, on August 21, 2026, we completed an acquisition of Rush Rare Metals Corp. pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement, issuing 24,983,671 Myriad common shares to Rush shareholders. Following this transaction, Rush became our wholly owned subsidiary.

Our business is focused on exploration and development of uranium resources at Copper Mountain, with the goal of advancing the project toward potential production.
