What does the company do?

We are an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, and investing in oil and gas and extraction. Our primary business objective is to identify, acquire, explore and develop critical metals properties.

Our current focus is the Laguna Project, located approximately 120 km by truck from the town of San Pedro de Atacama, Chile. We are a British Columbia company, and our head office is located at 228 - 1122 Mainland Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5L1, Canada.

More recently, we have been building a strategic position in New Zealand's onshore Taranaki Basin. In August 2026, our application for petroleum exploration permit PEP61554, covering the Tirua Point application area in New Zealand's Taranaki Basin, was accepted by New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals and will now proceed to government review. Upon the permit being granted and definitive agreements completed, we expect to hold a 60% interest in this project, with 3TCF holding 30% and New Zealand Energy Corp. holding the remaining 10%. The Tirua Point application covers approximately 245 square kilometres of prospective onshore and offshore acreage, with technical work identifying two gas-condensate prospects: Mauku Northeast and Mangatoa.

We are a junior exploration company with no revenues from mineral producing operations. Our primary source of funds comes from the issuance of common shares.
