Does the company pay a dividend?
We have not declared or paid any dividends. Our Articles of Incorporation authorize our Board of Directors to declare and pay dividends at their discretion, but as an exploration and development stage company, we have not done so. Our focus has been on funding exploration activities and property acquisitions rather than returning capital to shareholders at this time.
