What does the company do?

We are a mineral exploration stage company focused on gold exploration in British Columbia and Nevada, USA. Our team brings over 35 years of combined experience in Nevada exploration, and we are executing an exploration plan based on what management believes to be breakthroughs in understanding north-central Nevada's crustal architecture.

Current Projects

Our exploration portfolio includes four projects: Gold Knob, Golden Brew, Johnson Canyon, and Quito North. Most recently, we commenced a Phase I drill program at our 100%-owned Gold Knob Au Project in north-central Nevada. The program consists of 10 to 15 holes totalling approximately 5,000 metres, designed to offset known gold mineralization and test our interpretation that a major gold system may exist at depth. Most drill holes are expected to range from approximately 180 to 425 metres in depth, with the current campaign expected to complete within approximately five weeks.

In October 2025, we announced the staking of an additional 93 claims at the Quito North project.

Exploration Stage

To date, we have not earned revenues and are considered to be in the exploration stage. We have not been able to identify a known body of commercial grade ore on any of our exploration and evaluation assets. Our ability to realize the costs we have incurred depends on our ability to identify a commercial ore body, finance our exploration costs, and resolve any environmental, regulatory or other constraints that may hinder successful development of our assets.
