What does the company do?
We are a junior mineral exploration company focused on gold exploration. Our primary asset is the Shakespeare Gold Project, a 100%-owned property located near Sudbury, Ontario, where we are conducting active exploration drilling and metallurgical testing.
Our current activities center on the Shakespeare project, where we have recently completed drilling campaigns that have returned significant gold intercepts. Most notably, our metallurgical testing identified extremely high-grade gold mineralization of 454.34 g/t gold over 7.0 metres, which included an ultra high-grade interval of 3,030 g/t gold over 1.0 metre. We have a strong historical drilling foundation at Shakespeare spanning four prior drilling phases with 61 holes totaling over 12,500 metres, with 62% of drilled holes intersecting gold mineralization and approximately 40% of those displaying visible gold.
As of August 25, 2026, we have successfully completed the first two drill holes of our current phase, advancing both metallurgical testing objectives and gold zone definition efforts. One metallurgical hole intersected a visually distinct zone of black smoky quartz from 185 to 205 metres, providing critical structural data and representative material for extraction and concentration testing. Our first exploration hole encountered a highly prospective mineralized zone between 109 and 117 metres.
In July 2026, we closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising $687,560 in gross proceeds, which we intend to use for exploration activities at Shakespeare and corporate purposes.
