We are Grafta Nanotech Corp., a Canadian clean technology company focused on advanced water treatment and environmental remediation. We have developed a proprietary, patented synthetic graphene material marketed under the trade name GRAFTA™, which is designed to remove contaminants from industrial wastewater, process water, mine tailings waters and contaminated groundwater. Our technology is intended for deployment across a range of applications, including industrial operations, mining activities, environmental remediation projects, and in-situ treatment systems.

Our Technology & Products

Our GRAFTA™ products are graphene-based adsorption media that remove soluble heavy metals, inorganic and organic compounds from industrial wastewater. We hold two registered patents for our GRAFTA™ products in Canada and the United States. Our manufacturing process uses readily available commodities of recycled glass and organic materials, and we have confirmed that the manufacturing cost per metric ton will make the product one of the lowest cost media available in the industry for its purpose.

Manufacturing & Operations

We completed development of our commercial scale production facility in Calgary, Alberta during 2023. The facility can house a series of modular thermal production units with a total capacity of 960 metric tonnes per year. To date, we have produced 60 tonnes of product that will be consumed in our customers' applications.

Development & Commercialization

We operate a testing and R&D laboratory in Vaughn, Ontario, where we have completed over 100 water sample tests for removing or reducing contaminants to meet or exceed regulatory requirements. We have been involved with numerous customer projects and have moved into discussions with multiple potential customers. Management's expectation is that we should generate both purchase orders and long-term supply agreements during 2026. We have also retained an experienced sales engineer to secure sales in the industrial water remediation vertical.

Mark Bentsen, Chief Executive Officer and President Mark brings 30 years of experience building successful energy service firms in both public and private corporate settings. He is the former President and CEO of Cathedral Energy Services and has an established track record of scaling businesses and delivering significant shareholder returns. Mark provides CEO services to us through 1871055 Alberta Ltd.

Doug Keast, CPA CA, Chief Financial Officer Doug has over 30 years of experience as a financial executive across energy, technology, manufacturing, renewable energy, and private equity sectors. He has served as CFO and COO of both public and private entities, held directorships on multiple private high-growth companies, and has experience with multiple exits through M&A and public market transactions.

Dr. Edwin Safari, PhD, P.Eng, Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Safari is the inventor of the GRAFTA™ material and serves as our technical visionary with decades of research and development experience. He has been instrumental in refining GRAFTA™ to be a market-ready product and maintains significant academic affiliations with multiple universities.

Brian Fluery, Vice-President and Director Brian serves as Vice-President and is a member of our board of directors.

Our board of directors also includes Dain Currie and Matt Colucci.

As disclosed in our most recent filings, it is expected that all directors and officers will be independent contractors and will devote their time and expertise as required by the company, though it is not anticipated that any will devote 100% of their time to our activities.
