What does the company do?

We are Formation Metals, a gold exploration company focused on advancing our flagship N2 Gold Project in Quebec. Our principal activity is mineral exploration and development.

N2 Gold Project

Our main asset is the N2 Gold Project, an advanced exploration property in Quebec that hosts a global historic resource of approximately 871,000 ounces of gold. The resource is comprised of:

• 18 Mt grading 1.4 g/t Au (~810,000 oz Au) across four zones: A, East, RJ-East, and Central
• 243 Kt grading 7.82 g/t Au (~61,000 oz Au) across the RJ zone

The A-Zone, one of our key zones, shows a highly continuous, low-variability system with 84% of historical drillholes intercepting gold. We are currently undertaking a fully funded 75,000 metre drill program at N2 to expand and define the resource further. Recent drilling has extended the A-Zone 200 metres west into previously undrilled ground, confirming lateral continuity toward the high-grade RJ corridor, which has up to 8 km of strike available for expansion.

Financial Position

We have working capital of approximately C$30.5 million with zero debt, which supports our exploration activities and provides a solid foundation for our development plans.
