Does the company pay a dividend?
We have not declared or paid any dividends. Our Articles of Incorporation authorize the board of directors to declare and pay dividends at their discretion, but as of our most recent public disclosures, we have not done so. Our focus has been on funding exploration activities at our N2 Gold Project in Quebec.
