We are an exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral and hydrogen properties in Canada.

Our principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of mineral property assets. We currently operate in a single business segment focusing on mineral exploration in Canada, with our principal business office located at 200-551 Howe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Current Projects

Our primary focus is on the Nova Scotia Project, which consists of 35 total licenses across 2,173 claims in Nova Scotia's Cumberland Basin. This project includes:

• Colchester Project: 12 licenses comprising 817 claims covering 13,227.23 hectares. We acquired a 100% interest in this property on May 16, 2025. The property is subject to a 2% gross revenue royalty on hydrogen, helium, or other mineral products, with an option to purchase 50% of the royalty for $2,000,000.

• Dansof Project: 12 licenses comprising 1,356 claims covering 21,953.64 hectares.

We are also focused on the Matane Project, located in the Appalachian Region of Quebec, with a property size of 80 claims covering 4,518.59 hectares.

Additionally, we hold the Cluster Project in Val-D'Or, Quebec, which we acquired in February 2019.

Recent Developments

In December 2025, we announced an expansion of our Nova Scotia drill program to 2,500 metres, following the completion of geophysical surveys and fieldwork by Quebec Innovative Materials Corp., our technical lead and adviser on the Nova Scotia Project. We also adopted our 2025 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan in December 2025, designed to enhance our ability to attract, retain, and motivate qualified directors, officers, employees, and consultants.

Our current management team consists of four directors:

Richard Penn, Chairman, President, CEO & Director. A former stockbroker at Research Capital (2009-2014), he transitioned into public company leadership after helping take Five Star Diamonds public. He has served on the boards of Rocket Gold Corp., Turquoise Capital, RainCity Resources, and Fortress Resources Corp. Mr. Penn oversees daily operations, leads strategy in mineral and hydrogen exploration, manages financing and investor relations, and implements board policies. He has completed Canadian Securities Institute programs and additional training in governance, compliance, and leadership.

Krystal Pineo, Director & CFO. A Canadian finance executive and corporate director, she is the founder of KP Capital Inc. and co-founder and former director of Better Plant Sciences Inc. She joined First Atlas during a leadership transition, taking on both financial oversight and board-level responsibilities. Ms. Pineo leads financial strategy and reporting, oversees corporate governance and compliance, and supports capital markets activities.

Dr. Mathieu Piché, Director. A Professional Geoscientist (OGQ) based in Val-d'Or, Quebec, he supervises the company's exploration programs, including the LaCorne South Critical Minerals Project and the Matane Natural Hydrogen Project. Dr. Piché is a member of Ordre des Géologues du Québec. He received his undergraduate degree in 1981 from the University of Montréal, graduate degree in 1986 from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, and doctorate degree in 1991 from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.

Kwaku Ashong, Director. He has served as an independent director of the company since 2021, playing an active role in corporate governance, board oversight, and strategic planning. Mr. Ashong works closely with management to provide guidance on exploration and development activities, while also supporting capital markets initiatives and broader corporate decision-making.
