What does the company do?
We are a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on copper projects in Peru. We explore for copper, molybdenum, gold, silver, and other metals including lead and zinc.
Our portfolio consists of three main projects, all located in Peru:
-
Elida Porphyry Copper Project: Our flagship asset. We are conducting an active diamond drilling program to explore and expand on copper, molybdenum, and silver mineralization, and to test additional porphyry targets on the property. As of late July 2026, we had two drill rigs operating with over 4,885 metres completed as part of a planned 10,000-metre program. In July 2026, we received an upgraded five-year drill permit authorizing up to 40 drill platforms, with a pathway to increase to 60 platforms.
-
Flor de Cobre (Candelaria) Project: Our objective is to confirm, delineate, and develop the copper mineralization at this property.
-
Pahuay and Muñaorco Copper Projects: Both located in Peru.
We were incorporated in British Columbia on August 30, 2017, and our corporate headquarters are in Vancouver. We maintain field operations through a local office in Peru and operate three wholly-owned Peruvian subsidiaries: Candelaria Resources SAC, Elida Resources SAC, and Pahuay Resources SAC. Our common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange (ECU), the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (E29), and the OTCQB (EMTRF).
Our strategy is to further explore our copper mineralization and transition through advanced exploration and engineering studies toward becoming a mining company.
