What does the company do?

We are a blockchain and cryptocurrency technology company focused on digital asset mining, trading, and forensics. Our core business includes Bitcoin mining operations powered by our Christina Lake Facility in British Columbia, where we leverage hydroelectric power to run our mining equipment.

Our main business lines are:

Mining & Infrastructure We operate cryptocurrency mining infrastructure and have developed proprietary technology to support our operations and those of our customers.

Terra Pool We launched Terra Pool, the first environmentally focused bitcoin mining pool, which opened to the general public in June 2022. We subsequently integrated the Bosonic Network into our operations, including trading, product development, and Terra Pool services.

Blockseer Product Line We develop blockchain forensics and data analytics products under the Blockseer brand, which includes tools for identity tracking and detection of tainted cryptographic wallets. We hold U.S. patents related to cryptocurrency transaction identity tracking and methods for detecting and tracking compromised wallets to screen out bad actors.

Strategic Investments We have made strategic investments in the digital asset space, including a US$1 million investment in The INX Digital Company, which received FINRA clearance for trading security tokens and executed an SEC-registered IPO for digital securities.

Our business depends on access to reliable electrical power in British Columbia to operate our mining equipment, and we compete with other cryptocurrency miners and alternative investment vehicles in the digital asset space.
