What does the company do?

We are an energy and resource development company focused on helium, hydrogen, and related technologies in the southwestern United States. Our principal operations are in Arizona and New Mexico.

Core Business

Our primary focus is the exploration, development, and production of helium and hydrogen. We hold interests in helium fields in Arizona, including the McCauley Helium Field, where we are advancing well stimulation and production activities. We also discovered hydrogen showings on our Gunnar Dome prospect in Arizona.

Assets and Operations

We control five wholly owned active subsidiaries: Desert Energy Corp. (for exploration and development of southwestern U.S. properties), Desert Mountain Trucking LLC (Arizona trucking assets), Saguaro Family Land Company (Arizona), Desert Energy UK Ltd., and Desert Mountain Midstream LLC (which holds our New Mexico plant assets and midstream assets, purchased July 1, 2023).

We own approximately 154 acres near Roswell, New Mexico, intended for multi-use development. In May 2026, we entered into a 25-year lease agreement (plus optional five-year extension) with Roswell Information Park LLC for a proposed off-grid data center on this property. Under this agreement, we receive a 5% management fee on all natural gas used by the facility and a 2% management fee on any excess electricity returned to the power grid, with significant penalty provisions if the tenant withdraws within the first 24 months.

Strategic Direction

We are advancing innovative energy and resource technologies. In July 2022, we entered a non-binding letter of intent with Beam Earth Ltd. to explore commercial possibilities of our hydrogen discoveries. Our planned initiatives in the Roswell-Chaves County region include enhanced recovery of helium-3 and helium-4, hydrogen recovery and development, produced water treatment, and recovery of sodium chloride for sodium-ion battery manufacturing.

Corporate Structure

We were incorporated on April 30, 2008, and commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in October 2008 under the symbol "AQ." In April 2018, we changed our name from African Queen Mines Ltd. to Desert Mountain Energy Corp. and consolidated our shares on a one-for-four basis. We trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol DME, on the OTCQX under the symbol DMEHG, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol QM01.
