Key Milestones
2015: We increased our quarterly dividend by 50% to $0.03 per share (from $0.02), bringing the annual rate to $0.12. Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Since May 2020, we have offered a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) that allows Canadian residents and residents of countries outside the United States to automatically reinvest their dividends in new shares of the Corporation. Shares issued under the DRIP are satisfied by issuance from treasury at the 5-day volume weighted average price ending at the close of trading the day before payment date, with no transaction costs to participating shareholders.
