What is our current fully-diluted share count and market capitalization post-transaction?

As at August 19, 2026, we have 58,748,220 common shares issued and outstanding. Our fully-diluted share count is not separately disclosed in our current public materials; our most recent disclosure on share-based compensation arrangements (DSUs, RSUs, PSUs, and stock options) is found in our equity reserve disclosures, but a single fully-diluted figure is not published. In the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements (Note 11), equity compensation units are disclosed by instrument (stock options, RSUs, PSUs and DSUs) with a full reconciliation showing how many of each were outstanding at the beginning of the year, granted or settled during the year, and outstanding at the end of the year. However, this level of detail is provided only in the annual financials, most recently for the year ended Dec 31 2025 and not in the interim financials. At the end of 2025, there were 133,170 RSUs oustanding, 470,416 DSUs oustanding, 108,400 PSUs outstanding and 224,843 stock options outstanding. During the year, each award of RSUs, DSUs, PSUs and stock options is SEDI filed and is detailed in the Management Information Circular.

Based on the current delayed market price of CAD $67.68 per share and our 58,748,220 shares outstanding, the approximate market capitalization is CAD $3.98 billion. This is calculated as 58,748,220 shares × $67.68 = approximately CAD $3.98 billion.

Post-Transaction Context

Following the completion of the Lithium Royalty Corp (LRC) acquisition on March 6, 2026, and the Great Bay Renewables (GBR) transaction in July 2026, our share count has been updated to reflect the issuance of new shares in connection with those transactions. The 58,748,220 shares outstanding as at August 19, 2026 already incorporates all closed financings and acquisitions to that date.
