What copper production volumes did we receive from Chapada in the first half of 2026?
In the first half of 2026, we received 947 tonnes of copper from the Chapada copper stream. This comprised 473 tonnes in the first quarter and 474 tonnes in the second quarter.
These volumes reflect the physical copper we received under our 3.7% copper purchase agreement with Chapada, which entitles us to purchase 3.7% of payable copper produced at 30% of the market price. In the MD&A, we publish a table that includes Chapada copper tonnes received and the average price (see p 14 of Q2 2026 MD&A). The first-half volumes benefited from consistent grades and strong throughput at the mine, with Lundin Mining (the operator) guiding to 45,000-50,000 tonnes of total copper production for the full year 2026.
