What are the company's main projects or products?

We have three operating segments, being 1) acquiring and managing producing and development stage royalties and streams 2) early stage exploration with a goal of converting our exploration projects to royalties, ie Project Generation and 3) we hold a 50% interest in Great Bay Royalties, which acquires and manages renewable energy investments and royalties. Our strategy focuses on creating per-share growth through long-life, high-margin royalty interests aligned with global growth trends in electricity, infrastructure, steelmaking, agriculture, and precious metals.

Project Generation

We create exploration projects and royalties through a small team of professional geoscientists, prospectors and consultants. Our project portfolio comprises approximately twenty projects covering potential targets in iron ore, nickel, copper, gold and platinum group metals. We typically enter into agreements with other companies, holding minority interests and non-operating positions or royalty rights.

Our two main strategic objectives are: (i) to seek exploration projects or projects at the preparatory stage presenting financing opportunities through royalties, or to acquire interests in third-party mining projects productive of royalties at development and production stages; and (ii) to make selective investments in natural resource companies with an objective of long-term capital appreciation. We report on the value of our project generation portfolio quarterly, including any significant activity.
