Does Altius provide revenue guidance?

Yes, we do provide revenue forecasts although they are derived from guidance received from our operators and can vary widely based on commodity prices, expected production volumes from mine operators which can be impacted by planned and unplanned production interruptions, and our internal assumptions.

Prior to releasing our quarterly results, we disclose by press release our expected attributable royalty revenue which is based on royalty payments received for the quarter and reporting provided that details production, any relevant deductions and realized prices. The actual royalty revenue that we report in our financial statements generally matches or comes close to matching the expected attributable royalty revenue except for minor differences in foreign exchange, interest, etc.

We have also provided longer-term revenue projections in our 2026 prospectus filings. Specifically, we have disclosed expected royalty revenue by commodity segment through 2030, including detailed lithium revenue projections under different price scenarios. These estimates are provided for illustrative purposes based on publicly available forecasts, expected development timelines, and our internal assumptions, with the caveat that actual results can and likely will differ materially.
