Does altius have a royalty on any hydro renewable project

Yes, we do hold a royalty interest on a hydroelectric renewable energy project. We own a royalty on Clyde River, a 5 MW hydroelectric project located in Orleans County, Vermont, operated by Relevate Power. The royalty is structured at 10% of revenue with grid connection to ISO New England.

This hydroelectric asset is part of our broader renewable energy royalty portfolio held through our ownership of Altius Renewable Royalties Corp. (ARR), which in turn owns a 50% JV interest in Great Bay Royalties ("GBR"). GBR manages a diversified portfolio of wind and solar renewable energy generation projects located in the United States. The Clyde River royalty was part of the original investment that Altius made in establishing ARR.
