can you break down production capacity, tonns per day, etc at the top 3 projects over the past year
We can provide production capacity and throughput for large producing royalties, but that data by itself will be potentially less useful without also taking into account the royalty percentage or stream percentage associated with each one, which you can find in our financial materials and on our website. Our largest royalty assets by revenue are our potash interests in Saskatchewan and our Chapada copper stream. Here's the production capacity and throughput data we've disclosed for the top three:
Chapada Copper (Brazil)
2026 Guidance: Lundin has issued full-year copper production guidance of 45,000-50,000 tonnes
Capacity & Throughput: Our materials do not disclose the nameplate capacity or daily throughput rate for Chapada.
Rocanville Potash (Saskatchewan)
| Metric | 2025 | 2024 |
|---|---|---|
| Nameplate Capacity | 6.5 million tonnes/year | 6.5 million tonnes/year |
| Operational Capability | 5.0 million tonnes/year | 5.1 million tonnes/year |
| Actual Production | 4.639 million tonnes | 5.02 million tonnes |
Esterhazy Potash (Saskatchewan)
Nameplate Capacity: 7.8 million tonnes per year (verified by independent audit following the K3 expansion),
2024 Production: 4.7 million tonnes of MOP
2026 Guidance: Mosaic expects approximately 9 million tonnes total production across its portfolio, with Esterhazy contributing additional production of approximately 400,000 tonnes of MOP from the newly completed Hydrofloat project
Our potash royalties stem from mines operated by Nutrien Ltd. and The Mosaic Company, which together represent more than a quarter of global potash production.
